Our therapists teach patients proper use of aides for daily living like crutches, canes, walkers, and wheelchairs. They also assess the home for fall prevention and additional aides that might be able to assist in safety like shower benches and grab bars.
Our Medical Social Worker can help assist patients with complex needs who could use assistance with navigating the multiple services needed. They are also invaluable with handling unexpected crises that may arise with counseling or therapy services.
