Affordable housing solutions for Seniors, Veterans, and disabled individuals needing help. Each home has three participants per house, each with their own, private bedroom. All other rooms are shared space. The homes are staffed 24/7 with personal care attendants. Each participant must qualify through the Community Health Choices (CHC) waiver program with 56 hours to qualify.
